Because...while Im here, when you embrace me Im putting my soul into every second we hold each other in each others arms.

Because...us here, now; to touch isnt forever

Because...that forever doesnt include the skin your in, the rhythm your physical heart beats

Because...that forever doesnt hold that look in your eyes.

Because...Ive enjoyed knowing you in this form

Because...we are the Aliens

Because...I am grateful that during this experiment, I could touch your face, look in your eyes and in this foreign & native language say "I Love You" and it is innocent, free of boundaries or conditions.

Because...you were apart of the air I breathed, while laughing our asses off

Because...you were part of my truth, here and beyond

Because...you were part of my ecstasy and pain

Because...you were bound to Earth by gravity, just like me

Because...now, we get to laugh our asses off about it all, on the other side, for what humans would describe as "forever"

Because...I love you, for forever and a day or just a blink of the minds eye
